Returns Policy
We hope you are very pleased with your purchases, however if needed here is our Returns Policy.

What Can Be Returned?
Returned items that are unwanted or do not fit must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not able to accept returns for customised items (eg. gripped decks, custom-built decks), or items that have been worn, washed, mistreated or misused.
When returning unwanted items, customers will either be able to exchange the item/s, receive a store credit or can request a full refund (minus any shipping costs). Unwanted items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
Should you select the incorrect product sizing an exchange can be offered depending on availability, however additional shipping fees may apply.

if your item is unused and in new condition, please feel free to post the item back without contacting us. Please include your original invoice for our reference with a note requesting refund/exchange/credit. Please use original box and packing when possible.
Who Pays For Returns?
Boardstore will pay for all freight charges if:
- The product is deemed faulty as per the product's warranty clause.
- The product(s) received are either incorrect or not as advertised.
If one of the above reasons is the case, we will send you a return shipping label via email.
When a return is not due to a manufacturers fault, it is the customers responsibility to cover the freight cost back to us. We recommend Australia Post or Sendle.com.au
Boardstore will not pay for returns if:
- The wrong size was ordered
- Change of mind
- Item does not fit
- Your deck or grip has small scratch or mark on it (Decks are made to be skated) We try our best to pack and protect items but cannot guarantee that small scratches or marks may get on your hardgoods.
Warranty
Warranty extends to the original purchaser only. All warranty claims will be assessed and it will be determined by us or the supplier as to whether it is in fact a manufacturing fault.
If you have a Warranty claim, please contact us at shop@boardstore.com.au with proof of purchase and attachment of images so that we can proceed in assisting you with your claim. If it is in relation to shoes, please include a photo of the tag in the shoe that shows the size and style code as well as photos of the faulty area.
Electric Warranty Policy
Due to the size and logistical challenges associated with large items, we have implemented the following policy:
Your item includes a 12-month warranty that covers all necessary replacement parts and shipping for those parts to you. However, please note that return shipping costs are not covered under this warranty. Any installation or fitting of replacement parts will be the customer’s responsibility, unless you choose to return the item to us at your own expense.
Credit or Refund?
If a return has been approved and the customer would like the money returned, Boardstore will return the money to the account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to. Refunds can take 1-10 business days to be processed by the bank.
If the original order was over $100, the initial shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund. This fee will be waived if you elect for store credit instead of refund. A $10 restocking fee may apply to some items under $100 which will also be waived when store credit is chosen, if in doubt feel free to check with us.
